Hotel Reservation & Payment
The reservation of conference hotels can be made by completing the online registration form. You will need a credit card to make your reservation and your credit card serves as a guarantee for your reservation. Please note that the cost of the first night will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking by Boyut Group and this amount is non-refundable. The remaining nights will be charged to your credit card on the 01th of April 2019. Depending on the hotel policy, you might have to register your credit card upon check-in to cover the cost of room services.
Changes to an existing reservation can only be made in writing by sending an e-mail to fte@boyutgroup.net
We recommend that you book your room as soon as possible in order to reserve your choice of hotel. All prices on the online registration form are shown per room/per night in EURO and include breakfast and VAT.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
For cancellations made between the time of booking and before the 01th of April 2019, the cost of the first night that is charged to your card at the time of booking is non-refundable. For cancellations on and after 01th of April 2019, your reservation is 100% guaranteed and the full amount will be charged to the credit card. The reservation of airport transfers can be made when you fill out the online form for hotel reservations. Your credit card will be charged on the following dates;For Airport Transfers – 01th of April 2019
For Tours - 01th of April 2019
All charges will be made in EURO.
Cancellation of Airport Transfers
Airport Transfers: As your credit card will not be charged until 01th of April 2019, there will be no cost for cancellation before this date. For cancellations after this date, the full amount of the cost will be charged to the credit card and no refunds will be made.All cancellations must be sent in writing to fte@boyutgroup.net and please follow a confirmation letter from Boyut.
